The person doing the work

Omar Nsouly

I have been buying paid media for fourteen years. Roughly $50 million of ad spend has gone through accounts I run, across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider Gulf, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, North Africa, India and the United States.

What I actually do

I run the accounts myself. Not a strategist who presents and hands off, not an account manager who relays messages. The person who changes your budgets on a Tuesday morning is the person you get on the call.

Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, Teads, connected TV, and the programmatic inventory that is genuinely buyable in this region. Campaign build, creative direction and testing, conversion tracking, and the daily work of moving money toward whatever is working.

Why the pricing is public

Because nobody else in the category will publish theirs, and the reason is usually that it would not survive being read carefully. Ours is on the pricing section with a calculator, including what the percentage works out to in real money.

The same rule runs through everything here. Every number on this site is one that can be shown. Client spend and revenue are not published, because those belong to the client, and that restriction is stated rather than quietly worked around.

Where I will tell you not to hire me

Below roughly $5,000 a month in ad spend there is not enough data for anyone to optimise against, and an agency fee on top makes the maths worse. I say that on the call and lose the work. It is still the right answer, and it is the reason the rest of what I say is worth anything.
