Legal, kept short

Privacy and disclaimer

This page describes what actually happens to your details, in the same plain language as the rest of the site. Last updated 8 August 2026.

The short version

This site sets no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no tag manager and no session recording on it. If you read the blog and leave, nothing about you is collected at all.

The only time you give us anything is when you fill in the booking form, and that goes to one person.

What the booking form collects

You choose to type these in:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone or WhatsApp number
  • Your website or Instagram profile
  • A rough monthly revenue band
  • Whether you are running ads now
  • Whatever you write in the "where are you stuck" box

The monthly ad spend figure you set on the pricing calculator is attached too, so the call starts from the right number instead of guessing.

Where it goes

It is sent to Omar by email and by WhatsApp, and you get an immediate confirmation email back. That is the whole journey. It does not go to a mailing list, a newsletter, a drip sequence or an ad platform, and it is not sold or shared with anyone for marketing.

Right now those messages live in an email inbox. There is no customer database behind this site.

The services involved

A handful of companies necessarily touch the data in transit, and it is fairer to name them than to hide them:

Hostinger
Hosts the site files and serves the pages.
Cloudflare
Runs the domain's DNS, and the small piece of code that receives the form and passes it on.
Resend
Sends the notification email and your confirmation email.
CallMeBot
Delivers the WhatsApp alert so a real person sees a new enquiry quickly.
Calendly
Runs the calendar. Once you book, Calendly holds your name, email and booking under its own privacy policy.

Calendly is the only third party that loads anything in your browser, and only in the booking section near the bottom of the homepage.

How long it is kept, and how to get it deleted

Enquiries are kept while there is a reason to keep them, which usually means an active conversation or an active client relationship. If you want your details removed, email [email protected] and say so. No form, no reason required. You can also ask for a copy of what is held, or ask for it to be corrected.

Links out

Articles on this site link to primary sources such as platform documentation and published studies. Those sites have their own policies and this one does not cover them.

Disclaimer

The articles here are general information about running paid advertising. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and they are not a promise of any particular result for your business.

Figures in the case studies come from the client's own advertising platforms and analytics for a specific account, in a specific market, over a specific period. Advertising results depend on your product, your price, your market and your timing. Another account will not repeat them, and nobody honest will tell you otherwise.

Platform names and trademarks belong to their owners. Naming a platform here means we buy media on it, not that it endorses us.

Changes

If what happens to your data changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
